Advanced Medical Response Skills in High-Threat Environments

This course builds on foundational tactical medicine training and prepares students to apply advanced trauma care and operational techniques in real-world scenarios. Designed for those familiar with basic tactical medicine concepts, this hands-on course pushes participants to integrate medical skills with movement, communication, and decision-making under pressure.

Participants will operate in simulated high-stress environments that mirror active shooter events, dynamic entries, and mass casualty incidents—bridging the gap between classroom knowledge and field application.

Key topics include:

  • Advanced bleeding control, airway management, and patient stabilization

  • Triage and treatment in multi-casualty scenarios

  • Integration with tactical teams and coordinated movement

  • Treatment under fire and warm zone operations

  • Communication with law enforcement and EMS

  • Realistic, scenario-based exercises with feedback

This training is ideal for law enforcement officers, tactical medics, EMS professionals, and others operating in high-threat environments. It ensures participants are ready not just to provide care but to do so effectively under extreme conditions.
