Tac-Med understands that there is an increased interest in adventure seeking. Many hikers and adventurers of all ages frequently find themselves in remote areas away from medical resources. This program is geared towards those people.
Leading emergency response and relief agencies around the world provide medical care during or after disasters. This program addresses many of the challenges experienced under such conditions.
This program is designed to provide the attendee with basic environmental awareness training as well as training in the rapid assessment and treatment decision making of many typical injuries under austere conditions. |
