Tac-Med was founded by David P. Neubert, M.D. and Brian P. Pasquale, NREMT-P who saw the need for specialized medical education related to tactical casualty care in law enforcement or complex emergency operations.

Tac-Med instructors and cadre are recruited for their military, law enforcement, and rescue backgrounds as well as their medical expertise. This allows them to intuitively understand and therefore function effectively in austere environments, while being viewed as an asset to any team that they support. They uphold the utmost discretion being true “quiet professionals.”

What we offer:

Operational Medical Experience— at a paramedic level and above, to include PHRN’s, physician assistant’s and/or pre-hospital physicians.

Specialized Training— related to the provision of care in the tactical or the austere environment.

Operational Support—planning phase services such as medical intelligence assistance, preventive health assessments, and medical surveillance initiatives.

On-Line Support—Tac-Med instructors and cadre will collaborate with you regarding your operational needs, whether in the planning phases, training or actual mission support issues.

PA Department of Health Approved—Tac-Med is an approved EMS continuing education provider. When searching the DOH site for con-ed offered at Tac-Med, use site # 13-0077.
